Custom Ikat Rug Designs

These designs have all over bold prints with rich and slightly weathered color palettes in wool. All of the designs have a straight match and no border. Hand knotted in the Middle East with designs that were inspired by the ikats of central Asia.

A New Iron Floor Lamp! Choose Your Finish!

This beautiful new floor lamp has a choice of two finishes! Distressed Gold Leaf or Black.

This new floor lamp has a beautiful design that fits with many different styles. The all iron base has an open design with a larger base for an extra design element. The larger shade balances the wider bottom and makes this a great lamp for larger rooms and spaces. The lamp is 69" high and uses a 150w 3-way bulb. Shade: 21" across at the top x 22" wide at the bottom x 15" high.  Finish choice: Distressed Gold Leaf (see above) or Black (see below). Areisa do Seixo, A dos Cunhados, Portugal - This escape is less than an hour from Lisbon and is an environmental escape powered by solar panels.

The Singular, Patagonia, Chile - This hotel is in remote southern Patagonia housed in a former meat factory on the shores of the Last Hope Sound. What a view!

The Arts Club, London - This is a Dover Street landmark featuring beautifully restored period details with interiors that have been given a modern update.

Villa Makassar, Marrakech, Morocco - A beautiful ten room hotel in Marrakech that mixes rustic and modern.

Iron and Glass Island Rectangular Chandelier!

Slim Rectangular Island Iron Chandelier
The perfect modern iron chandelier for long slim tables and islands! This all iron fixture is narrow and long with a special addition of glass candle globes. The iron is made into a rectangular box style with slim iron rods where even the globes hang over for an impact. The framework is simple with a 55" long design x 6" wide (which is mostly the globes width) x 18" high. The double chains makes this chandelier a total of 91" high. The larger candle cups holds three smaller bronze candles each for a total of 12 candles at 25w for plenty of light. Notice the unique bubble design on the glass globes too for an extra design element. The finish is a bronze with subtle gold highlights that adds definition and a slight distressed look. The canopy is a long rod shape that will not cover the conventional round ceiling box if you are replacing an existing chandelier. Item #C09742 at The Designer Insider!

This modern styled wall bracket is the perfect smaller shelf for a unique display. The bracket is all wood then covered in mirrors with a slight aged effect on the strips of mirrors. An Elegant Console Gets a New Finish!

Distressed Elegant Console Table

This is a great sized table that can be used for a console, library display, sofa table, etc. This table has four drawers with an open shelf for a great display of your favorite items. The drawers are all the same size and adorned with distressed hardware. The table is Acacia wood with varying tones and textures that are common to the wood species. The finish is distressed in an antiqued wash of silver over the natural wood which gives this piece a natural rustic look with a sheen. Contact us for a closeup of this finish. The small carving above the drawers and on the corners of the tapered legs makes this table a little more elegant. Notice also the edging around the top too. Size: 73" long x 36" high x 15" deep. The narrow depth makes it perfect for hallways and foyers too. Finish: Waxed natural Acacia wood with a distressed and antiqued silver wash. Modern Iron Tiered Chandelier

A great two tiered modern chandelier!

Modern Black Tiered Chandelier
This is a very modern styled iron chandelier that will easily fit into regular sized dining rooms due to its medium size. The all iron fixture features a simple design of a round bottom ring with iron supports that connect at the top and bottom of the chandelier. The lower candles are perched on the ring and connected by a small ball design to the ring and the upper candles are perched on the supports. All of the candles lean outward to create this unique design. Ten candles in all at 60w maximum each for plenty of light. Matching canopy and 6 foot chain. Best Embroidered Fabric Award!

This beautiful fabric just won the Home and Gardens Fabric Awards 2011 entry for "Best Embroidered Fabric". This is the Jaisalmer fabric from the Karavansara collection. The judge's comment: "We love the breathtaking execution and mix of colors in this design."
This fabric features a trail of flowers and leaves embroidered with crewel on linen. This fabric can be found at Osborne and Little. Three colorways: Above is F6137-01. Also comes in 02 (with purple and brown) and 03 (blue and brown). Large repeat, recommended for drapes and pillows.

Modern Round Iron and Glass Chandelier

A new chandelier!

Modern Iron Orb Chandelier with Glass Globes
This new modern and sophisticated chandelier mixes two different styles to make a unique fixture. The all iron chandelier is mainly an orb shape with added arms for the 6 candles that are supported on each ring of the orb. Then as an added bonus, each candle is bronze and covered with a glass globe also trimmed in dark bronze. Very unique! The six candles are 60w maximum each. This chandelier is large at 37" across x 27" high which makes it great for lower ceilings too. Item #C09499 at The Designer Insider.

Carved Antiqued Wood Mirror

Large Carved Distressed Wood Mirror
This mirror is much larger than it appears here at 45" high. The mango wood is hand carved and then finished in a distressed and aged wood style. Notice the carving that details the entire frame. The round center mirror is aged and appears antiqued for a beautiful patina. This mirror is best as an accent piece and not as a "looking glass" mirror. A beautiful mirror for a foyer, over a mantel or over a larger chest. Size: 45" high x 27" wide at the middle and 4" deep from the wall.  Item #C01029 at The Designer Insider.
